About you
To be successful in this role, you should have experience as a QA Engineer, ideally with Automation knowledge. You have proven experience defining test strategies and writing detailed test plans that align with project objectives and risk profiles, and you excel at identifying and prioritizing critical user journeys and application flows to ensure essential paths are fully tested. You’re a proactive, collaborative problem-solver who works closely with cross-functional teams and brings solid automation know-how to support efficient, reliable testing.
Purpose of Role
As a nShift team member, you will be involved in both automated and manual testing focused on improving quality for our software products. The software products that you should expect to find here are large-scale web-based applications and APIs/Web Services.

The area of responsibility includes:
- Develop automated tests using Java
- Test fixes and new features prior to production deployment
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines
- Develop and maintain suites of smoke, functional and regression tests
- Work closely with developers and other stakeholders to meet product requirements and release dates
- Define and execute performance and load tests to validate system behaviour under stress and identify bottlenecks before production
