We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to drive revenue growth through smart, performance-driven campaigns and content.
You’ll be working closely with our digital, campaign, and people teams, with plenty of opportunities to make an impact.
Overall responsibility
Leading our social media presence, you'll manage accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, to drive follower growth. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling organic content, tracking campaign performance, and collaborating with employees to amplify posts that engage our community.
Working closely with our People team, you'll help showcase nShift's culture through employee advocacy content.
You'll monitor brand mentions and engage with our audiences to grow them. Through creative content, you'll bring our brand story to life across all channels.
The area of responsibility includes:
- Own social media accounts: You’ll be the mastermind behind our presence and follower growth on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and beyond.
- Content calendar management: Plan, create, schedule, and post organic content that aligns with our campaigns across multiple channels.
- Campaign performance tracking: Monitor and analyse the success of social media campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met.
- Employees: Work with our employees to create and amplify our external posts, engaging our community across the company.
- Collaborate with our People Team: Be the driver of our Employee Advocacy at nShift to promote and grow our people contact content with the help of our People Team, showing off the heart and culture of nShift.
- Brand and community monitoring: Keep an ear to the ground across all channels, managing brand mentions, comments, and interactions.
- Online community management: Engage with our audience, respond to messages, and grow our online presence and engagement.
- Work with content: Bring our posts to life and create compelling narratives.
- Content creation: Get creative with content including video and photo content from our events to bring our brand and messaging to life.
Requirements
- Experienced social media marketer: You’ll have 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Performance marketing: You’re familiar with performance-driven campaigns and know how to track success.
- Platform: You’re comfortable with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, and have experience using social media scheduling tools (we use HubSpot).
- Creative copywriter and communicator: Strong writing and communication skills are a must.
- Collaborative and independent: You thrive in a team but can also work autonomously, taking ownership of your tasks.
- Passionate and proactive: You’re eager to stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, AI tools, and algorithm changes.
- Detail-oriented & multitasker: You have a sharp eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
- Innovative thinker: You’re strategic and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
- UK or Romania-based: Preferably located in one of these regions.
