Interview process

TA screening call
This is a brief conversation with our talent acquisition team. We’ll explore your background, skills, motivation for applying, and career goals to ensure alignment with the role. We'll cover the basics of the role and our company culture, while also giving you a chance to ask questions about the role.

First stage interview
In this round, you’ll meet with the Hiring manager to dive deeper into your experience. They may present case studies, hypothetical marketing challenges, or ask you to walk us through past campaigns. This is an opportunity to showcase your strategic thinking, creativity, and understanding of key marketing concepts such as campaign planning, digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics.

Final stage interview
In the final round, you’ll meet the SVP of Marketing. This interview will focus on how you collaborate, manage projects, and approach problem-solving. We’ll also assess your alignment with our company culture and values and discuss how you could contribute to the growth of the marketing team. It's your chance to share your passion for marketing and vision for the role.
From time to time and depending on the seniority of the position, there may also be other interviews involved as well as a chance to meet members of the team.
