Purpose
We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our UK New Business Sales team, focusing on mid-market customers across key verticals. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4–5 Sales Executives, ensuring the team consistently delivers against new logo acquisition targets while building strong pipelines and long-term customer relationships.
This role is about hands-on leadership: developing sellers, driving performance, and actively supporting deal cycles. You will report to the SVP Sales and play a key role in shaping our sales culture and execution in the UK market.

The areas of responsibilities include:
- Managing, coaching, and developing a team of 4–5 sales professionals.
- Driving new logo acquisition in the UK mid-market.
- Supporting team members in complex deal cycles and customer negotiations.
- Implementing sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) to ensure consistency.
- Running regular pipeline reviews, forecasts, and deal inspections.
- Recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Management, and Product teams to align GTM execution.
- Reporting performance, challenges, and market insights to the SVP Sales.
Competency and experience
- 7+ years of SaaS / B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in sales team management.
- Track record of successfully managing sales teams delivering consistent new business growth.
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop salespeople.
- Experience selling into the mid-market segment.
- Partnerships experience.
- Strong understanding of structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).
- Demonstrable success in driving pipeline generation and closing mid-market level deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience within eCommerce, Logistics or Carrier Networks are a key advantage.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
