Our Customer Management team is dedicated to strengthening relationships with our customers, enhancing their experience, and driving long-term business growth. By proactively managing interactions, we ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and success - key factors in securing a strong future for both our clients and nShift.
Beyond maintaining existing relationships, our team plays a vital role in expanding our business by understanding the customer’s business challenges and aligning the nShift portfolio to add value. This team is made up of Key Account Executives, Sales Managers and Sales Directors who specialise and work tirelessly in acquiring new customers and providing quality service to our existing Mid-Market and Enterprise Customers.

Operations & Enablement
This is a crucial area of our Sales function; this team ensures that we adhere to high standards of our CRM (Salesforce) usage capabilities and that our sales data and analytics is upheld at the highest level. This, in turn, ensures our sales teams are performing at optimal capacity. The team also evaluates new tooling and works closely with all of our sales functions, as well as our Marketing and Finance teams, bringing great unity and constructive collaboration.

Interview process

TA screening call
The TA team will discuss the working history of candidates and give an overview of nShift.
The process will then go into scenario based questions related to specific Sales roles that will be designed to further explore the knowledge, skills and traits of the candidate.
Salary will be discussed and finally, the candidate will have the opportunity to discuss any questions they may have.

First stage interview
This stage will be conducted by the hiring manager of the role where the technicalities of the position will be discussed in more detail.
This will also be a great opportunity for the candidate to discuss more criteria based topics with the manager who will potentially lead them.

Final stage interview
The final stage will be carried out by the head of the specific sales area. This interview will be a great overview and insight into the current and future plans of the team.
There is a 15 minute presentation that candidates will have time to prepare for before the final stage, this will be on a topic of the candidates choosing and is designed to showcase how well candidates prepare and research topics as well as their pitching skills.
