Technology teams

CloudOps
This team is responsible for building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers nShift’s SaaS solutions. It consists of Cloud Architects, Site Reliability Engineers and SysOps Engineers. They ensure that our platforms are scalable, resilient, and high-performing. In collaboration with the engineering teams, they optimize the SaaS components, automate deployments and enable seamless service delivery for our customers worldwide.

Incident Response Team
The primary focus of this team is to track every heartbeat of our SaaS solutions. And if ever a heartbeat is skipped, they will confirm the incident and respond to it. The team members work in a 24/7 schedule, specialize in monitoring tools and have broad knowledge of tools and technologies running underneath our platforms.

Business IT
Focused on keeping nShift’s internal systems running efficiently and securely, the Business IT team plays a vital role in maintaining a stable and protected IT environment. From managing corporate networks and devices to implementing cybersecurity measures and safeguarding against threats, this team ensures that employees have the tools and support they need to work productively while keeping our data and operations secure.


Interview process

TA screening call
In this initial call, we’ll have a brief discussion to assess your overall fit for the role. We’ll cover your background, technical experience, and interest in the position, while also providing more details about the company and the role's requirements.

First stage interview
In this stage, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and sometimes other colleagues from the team. We’ll dive deeper into your experience, discuss specific projects you’ve worked on, and explore how your skills align with the team's goals. We may also touch on team dynamics and your approach to problem-solving.

Final stage interview
This could involve a technical interview that is hands-on and based on the role and level of seniority. It could involve a live coding session or an exercise to solve a specific problem, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
From time to time and depending on the seniority of the position, there may also be other interviews involved as well as a chance to meet members of the team.
