Purpose of Role
nShift is on an exciting high-growth journey and we are looking for a Support Agent to join our team in Helsinki or Gothenburg, ensuring our customers have a great experience.
With nShift products being critical within our customers’ end-to-end solutions, it is imperative that they function correctly and that any issues that could affect production are resolved quickly and effectively, in a clear and professional manner.
You will work with a wide range of cases, collaborate with internal teams, and support our partners with complex troubleshooting - making for a varied and dynamic workday alongside your colleagues.
The area of responsibility includes:
· Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone and email
· Provide basic training to customers and colleagues
· Ensure SLA compliance
· Respond to and resolve customer requests across multiple channels
· Stay ahead of the workload through a proactive approach
· Contribute to building a strong, service-oriented team culture where knowledge sharing is central
Skills and experience
Required professional qualifications:
· Customer service experience
· Fluency in Finnish and English is mandatory
Bonus qualifications:
· Fluency in Swedish / Finland Swedish
· Experience working in logistics
· An interest in IT
· Knowledge of other languages
· Experience working in a SaaS company
Required personality traits and skill set
· Extensive communication and interpersonal skills
· Positive and team-oriented attitude
· Structured, organized and independent
· An ambitious and commercially driven person with a strong interest in customer service
· Experience and interest in understanding customers, partners, and software product features
· Strong tolerance for and ability to focus and execute in a changing environment
· Good ability to work under pressure with high energy and resilience
