Purpose of Role
nShift is on an exciting high-growth journey and we are looking for a Support Agent to join our team in Stockholm, ensuring our customers have a great customer experience.
With nShift products being critical within our customers’ end-to-end solutions, it is imperative that they function correctly and that any issues that could affect production are resolved quickly and effectively, in a clear and professional manner.
You will work widely with many different types of cases, make demands internally or support our partners with complex troubleshooting - simply a varied everyday life together with your colleagues.
The area of responsibility includes:
- Technical support, provide technical assistance to customers and partners by phone or email
- Provide basic training to customers and colleagues
- Ensure SLA compliance
- Respond and resolve to customer requests in multiple channels
- Be "ahead of the workload" through a proactive attitude
- Participate in building a strong service-oriented team culture where knowledge sharing is central
Competence and experience
Required professional qualifications:
- Customer service related work experience
- Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
Advantages to have:
- Experience working in logistics
- Interest in IT
- Knowledge of other languages
- SaaS company experience
Required personality traits and skill set
- Extensive communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Structured, organized and independent
- An ambitious and commercially driven person that has a key interest in customer service.
- Experience and interest in understanding customers, partners and software product features
- Strong tolerance for and ability to focus and execute in a changing environment
- Good ability to work under pressure with high energy and resilience
