Background : 

Born 1971 in Lerum northeast of Gothenburg, lives in the west of Gothenburg. Married to Susanne and we have two sons, Lucas born 2004 and Oscar born 2006. 

Likes downhill skiing in the winter. We have a small boat for day trips in a nearby harbour for use in the summer. I like to run, but are not very good at it. But it’s my main training activity. 

I have always loved technical stuff. My first computer was a Commander Vic-20, but the Amiga 500 is the computer of my childhood. 

My experience so far:

I started working as a developer about 1995. 18 years I spent developing business software for estate agents. Started with development combined with some 3rd line support, mainly developing in Borland Delphi for the new platform Windows 95. Later on I transitioned to database architecture, development and operations on the Microsoft SQL Server platform. (I love RDBs…) The last stretch I was group manager for the  development team in Gothenburg. 

I moved on to the security sector, working with alarm delivery systems. There I was responsible for customer facing web portals first as an employee, then as a self employed consultant. 

After that I moved to the e-commerce sector. Working as project manager mainly with supporting customers PIM installations. Customers were mainly larger retailers such as Komplete Group and Martin & Servera and I also worked with SKF. 

Then I moved to Semcon, my previous employer. At Semcon I worked with distribution of digital product information. I worked as Product Owner for Semcons digital distribution platform and I combined it with being Scrum Master for the development team. On side of that I also worked as a Project Manager/Technical Project Manager on customer implementations and also as “Digital Expert” helping customer in digitisation projects.
