Interview process

TA screening call
The TA team will review your work history, provide an overview of nShift and the role, and ask basic technical and scenario-based questions to assess your skills and experience. This will help us explore how your background aligns with the position while giving you insight into our company.

First stage interview
This stage will generally be led by the hiring manager, where the technical aspects of the role will be discussed in greater detail. The focus will be on communication skills, technical expertise, career achievements, and cultural fit within the team.

Final stage interview
The final interview will be conducted by the head of Professional Services. This stage will provide a detailed overview of the team's current and future plans, while also assessing your broader strategic approach, problem-solving skills, and how you can contribute to the long-term success of the team.
Depending on the seniority of the position, there can sometimes be another interview with other members of the team between the First and final stage interview.
