The Talent Acquisition team focuses on sourcing, attracting and hiring top talent to meet nShift's strategic objectives, ensuring a strong fit between candidates and the company culture. In addition to recruitment, they lead employer branding activities to enhance nShift's reputation as an employer of choice, using various strategies to showcase our unique culture and values to potential candidates.

Interview process

TA screening call
During this call, the TA team will discuss your background, motivations for applying, and provide an overview of the company culture. Also, we will give you an opportunity to ask questions.

First stage interview
In this round, you’ll be speaking with the Hiring Manager who will evaluate your HR or TA knowledge. This may include situational judgment scenarios, role-playing exercises, or discussions about your previous experiences in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Final stage interview
This pivotal interview will be with our CPO, who will explore your strategic vision for the HR or TA function and your leadership philosophy. You’ll discuss how you can contribute to our People strategy and your approach to fostering a positive organizational culture. This conversation allows us to align on the broader goals of the People team and ensures that you share our commitment to enhancing employee engagement and development.
