I have been at nShift for over a year now and after only a few weeks it felt like I had been here for years as everyone in the company was extremely welcoming, friendly and collaborative. nShift also really believes in flexibility and places a strong importance on work-life balance with positions either being remote or hybrid. Within the People team we promote an environment where you can manage your own time and ways of working as long as you get the job done. There is also a great culture within the company and also the People team, it’s great when we can get all together as we are spread across multiple countries.

Interview process

TA screening call
During this call, the TA team will discuss your background, motivations for applying, and provide an overview of the company culture. Also, we will give you an opportunity to ask questions.

First stage interview
In this round, you’ll be speaking with the Hiring Manager who will evaluate your HR or TA knowledge. This may include situational judgment scenarios, role-playing exercises, or discussions about your previous experiences in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Final stage interview
This pivotal interview will be with our CPO, who will explore your strategic vision for the HR or TA function and your leadership philosophy. You’ll discuss how you can contribute to our People strategy and your approach to fostering a positive organizational culture. This conversation allows us to align on the broader goals of the People team and ensures that you share our commitment to enhancing employee engagement and development.
