Accounting
Our accounting team ensures nShift is in compliance of accounting and tax requirements across the countries we operate. Our team is pivotal in ensuring auditing both internally and externally have accurate financial records, tax planning and compliance are compliant with country specific tax law and payroll processes are paid accurately and on time.

Finance Operations
Our Finance Operations team enables the smooth running of the company though timely and accurate processes and executions. The team covers procurement to pay, payroll operations and general ledger accounting and more. This is where it all starts at the finance function.

Billing
Our Billing team is essential for generating invoices and maintaining customer account management information. Our billing team is also the face of the company towards the majority of our customers. We support the customer in finding the correct product level which fits their need and help them grow.

Collection
Our Credit Controllers are managing the full collection process. Through clear communication and a proactive approach, the team ensures a seamless resolution process that minimizes disruptions for our clients.

FP&A
Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is critical in providing business insight to ensure that we make data driven financial decisions and that we plan strategically for the future. Our team ensures budgeting and forecasting are regularly updated, financial models are reflecting business scenarios and that KPI’s are tacked across our business which in turn identifies areas of improvement and recommended actions to enhance our profitability.
Interview process

TA screening call
The TA team will discuss the working history of candidates and give an overview of nShift.
The process will then go into scenario based questions related to specific finance roles that will be designed to further explore the knowledge, skills and traits of the candidate.
Salary will be discussed and finally, the candidate will have the opportunity to discuss any questions they may have.

First stage interview
This stage is generally conducted by the hiring manager of the role where the technicalities of the position will be discussed in more detail.
Communication, technical ability, career highlights and personability will be the main area of focus.

Final stage interview
The final stage will be carried out by the head of the specific finance area. This interview will be a great overview and insight into the current and future plans of the team.
From time to time and depending on the seniority of the position, there may also be other interviews involved as well as a chance to meet members of the team.
